Job Description:

Make and maintain Product SW Test plan and schedule according to Product Test schedule

Plan testing, analyze test results and generate test summary

Review test plan and test reports from supplier

Monitor progress of all test activities of Supplier

Manage errors found during testing and provide information and statistic according to program’s requirement

Coordinate among Program, Line, Marketing, PTAM, Suppliers and so on.

Organize sub-review for program milestone

 

Requirement:

Good written and oral English skills. CET-6.

Majored in CS, EE, Telecommunication or relative.  Master is preferred

Over 3 years SWT experience on MP and over 1 year SW Test Lead experience for product

Be familiar with MP product test lifecycle and test activities

Be familiar with Error handling procedure

Strong responsibility, confidence, self-motivation and self-learning skills

Strong organization, communication and cooperation skills

制定测试计划，分析测试结果，并形成测试报告；

评审供应商的测试结果和测试报告；

监控供应商的所有测试活动进度；

管理测试过程中发现的错误，根据项目需求，提供相关信息和数据统计；

负责产品开发、产品线、市场、PTAM和供应商之间的接口工作；

组织项目里程碑的子评审。

 

应聘要求：

英语国家六级以上，优秀的英语口语与书面表达能力；

计算机、电子工程、电信或相关专业毕业，硕士优先；

三年以上手机软件测试经验，一年以上产品软件测试管理经验；

熟悉手机产品测试周期；

熟悉Error处理流程

优秀的组织、沟通与协调能力
