职位描述/要求：
Job Description:
Candidate will be responsible for (i)product support wither on z/OS and OS/390 or AS/400 platforms; (ii)developing test data and test tools; (iii)executing test scripts; (iv)undertaking thorough testing of product/software modules with respect to customer related information for defect, enhancement and usability.
·        Work with Provider QA and TIBCO engineers to identify test requirements for the product defects found
·        Analyze customer requests and provide correct and accurate feedback
·        Generate test data, carry out installation, configuration and  functional testing
·        Document, track and verify defects and fixes across products, customers and support groups
·        Work with other TIBCO’s customer support teams to resolve customer scenarios using the test suites and debugging methods
·        Develop and maintain support test cases and incorporate them into other test suites
 Skills Required:
§     (i) MS in Computer Science with 2-4 years of experience; or
§     BS in Computer Science, with experience deemed by TIBCO to be equivalent to MS in Computer Science; and (ii)4years of experience in QA
 
§     4 years experience in
o       OS/390, z/OS and USS or AS/400
o       Must have worked with current z/OS v1.1 and above systems
o       Knowledgeable on Mainframe components
(LE, JCL, TCP/IP, DFSDSmss, CICS, File systems)
o       C/COBOL/Java optional  
o       Exposure to Integration testing at the systems level
o       Databases (IMS or IBM DB2) optional
 
§     Software Methodology/standards-related experience in
o       Developing and maintaining test plans and test specifications
o       Working with a defect tracking system and source control system
o       Executing and enhancing test suites
o       Ability to develop a clear and concise defect testing strategy
 
§     General
o       Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English
o       Excellent analytical and communication skills
o       Team player
