职位描述/要求：
Duties:
Lead the test team to finish the project onsite/offsite.
Requirements:
** BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent and overseas background is a plus;
** 3 to 5 years working experience, minimum 3 years of experience in software web testing;
** Good knowledge of QA and SDLC development methodologies, exposure in Java is a plus;
** Be skilled in all kinds of software testing and good command in automated test;
** Well-organized process oriented individual. Be good at writing technical proposals;
** Excellent written and verbal English communication ability;
** Sound team and project management skills. Experience in team leading is highly preferred.
