职位描述/要求：
Job Duties:
· Design software architecture, solve difficulties;
· Writing document on SRS and SD with UML;
· Communicate and work closely with developers;
Requirements:
· BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
· Over 3 years experience of software development in Java
· Good command of reading and composing in English
· Be familiar with Core Java API and have Solid knowledge of Design Pattern
· Be familiar with struts, hibernate and spring
· B skilled in Oracle database
· Be familiar with application server, like websphere, weblogic and JBoss
· Be familiar with Unix environment and command is a plus
· At least 3 big projects management and design experience, projects in finance is highly preferred
