Job Description:

1.      Drive design-in and design-win of Infineon power semiconductor products

2.      System-, Application- and also Product Definition support in the following SMPS areas:

-         AC/DC converter with various power range

-         PFC converter

-         DC/DC converter, synchronous rectifier

-         Battery management

3. Definition and development of appln tools; Demo boards, Appln notes, design software

Job Qualification:

1. University degree (Bachelor, Master) in Electronic Eng. Major in Power Electronics preferred.

2. Minimum 3 to 5 years in R&D of different SMPS topologies or application support of power electronics related fields

3. Good knowledge of Power Semiconductor is required

4. Willingness to travel frequently within China and to oversea countries

5. Good presentation and communication skills, an excellent team player and able to work under pressure

6. Open-minded and flexible to work with customers and meet requirements with innovative design approaches

7. Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese, and Good PC Skills.
