主要工作内容:

 维护Oracle, Sybase及SQL数据库存， 包括计划，安装，升级，迁移，调试，监控等。
 研究及解决数据库有关问题，对应用有关问题的解决提供协助。
 保障数据库的一致性， 安全性， 稳定性及可用性。
 执行系统性能监控及调整；参与系统容量规划。
 支持业务连续计划，管理灾备，权限，传输及后台等工作。
 对GSC应用项目提供分析及支持工作。
 针对托管系统， 管理托管商的DBA服务。
要求:
 5年以上跨国企业IT基础结构相关工作经验。
 3年以上在高流量业务系统下的Sybase 或Oracle 数据库管理经验（如零售，银行，保险等业务系统）
 良好的沟通技能和领导能力。
 思维敏捷并具优秀的团队精神。
 英文说写流利。

Job Summary:
Responsible for critical database management.

Duties & responsibilities:
- Maintain Oracle, MS SQL and Sybase databases - Plan, install, upgrade, migrate, tune, monitor etc.
- Acted as second line support to all database related problems.  Assist in the resolution of application-related problems.
- Ensuring database integrity, security, stability, and system availability
- Perform performance monitoring and tuning; participate in capacity planning.
- Support Continuity of Business. Management DR, authorization, transport and background job etc.
- Analyze and work with GSC (group solution centre ) team on application development projects.
- Manage hosting partner to delivery DB management service( for hosted system)

Required knowledge, skills and abilities:
- 5+ years IT Infrastructure experience in multinational company.
- 3+ years Sybase or Oracle and SQL experience on high volume transaction business (such as Retail, Banking, Insurance field etc.)
- Good communication and leadership skill.
- Good team player and quick learner.
- Good English oral and writing skill
