职位描述/要求:
[Duties & responsibilities]
1. Responsible for business application system trouble shooting and analyst;
2. As coordinator to contact with GSC (global solution center) team and helpdesk for problem management.
3. Manage 3rd party application maintenance supplier to provide properlay ongoing service under SLA
4. Involve into GSC project whole life cycle to provide support and ensure smoothly transition.
5. Review, control and perform system changes. Handle regular system change requirment from demand management team
 
[ Required knowledge, skills and abilities]
Bachelor's degree or above, major in IT or business related.
Experienced in business IT service, at least 3 years work experience in retail business. 
Be familiar with at least one of following applications/module  SAP(MM, SD, FI), BIW, POS,ICS.

Good communication skill, proactive to learn.
