职位描述Duties & responsibilities:
学习、了解、熟悉商品的用途、功能、工艺、规格、材质和款式等商品知识 Good understanding in product knowledge such as function, specification, material, style etc.
以商品知识为基础，制定公司所销售商品的陈列原则及陈列模式，分配商品位置，确定陈列库存数量Based on product knowledge, make and update merchandising principle, merchandising format; allocate product position and setup shelf stock
根据商品属性、顾客购买习惯及销售模式，制定公司商品的陈列原则和陈列模式 Based on product attribute, customer behavior and sales type, setup range merchandising principle and merchandising format
根据商品陈列原则、陈列模式及商品库存周转率，来分配商品位置，确定陈列库存数量，使得空间利用率最大化并优化库存周转率 Based on merchandising principle, merchandising format & stock turn, allocate product position and setup shelf stock to maximize space efficiency and improve stock turn
根据商品陈列原则、陈列模式及商品位置确定陈列所需要的顾客沟通信息及其位置 Based on merchandising principle, merchandising format & product postion, setup customer communication info and postion
根据商品陈列原则、陈列模式、商品位置及陈列库存数量完成实验室陈列并获得批准 Based on merchandising principle, merchandising format, product postion & shelf stock, merchandise in lab for approval
支持新开店/改造店/系列调整的现场商品布货。培训门店员工学习使用商品展示规划图，理解商品陈列原则。指导并协助门店员工完成商品布货 Support new store/revamp/range review on site support; Train store staff how to use POG and understand merchandising principle; Support staff to complete merchandising
以空间利用最大化为目标，寻求最佳的陈列模式，提高商品陈列密度Optimize merchandising format, looking for the best solution to increase SKU density and maximize space efficiency
职位需求Required knowledge, skills and abilities:
大专或以上学历 College graduate or above
3年以上零售业经验者，有采购或营运经验者优先 At least 3 years experience in retail, purchasing or operations experience will be an advantage.
出色的沟通和人际技巧 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
数据分析能力强 Strong analytical skills
对空间的领悟能力和创造性思维强 Space aware and creative thinking.
有能力处理信息并提出见解 Ability to process information and generate options and proposals.
能够承担压力，在规定期限内完成自己的工作 Ability to work to deadlines and on own initiative.
熟练运用Word、Excel等Ms-Office软件，并有较强的软件学习能力 Computer literate with a knowledge of word and excel etc. (MS Office); also have quick software learning ability
英语能力强者优先 Excellent English skill will be an advantage
