进行展示区方案的设计,并制作效果图和施工图
收集整理所辖商品分类的设计理念并整理成册来规范整个设计过程 收集市场不同的陈列模式信息,分析利弊,维护成资料库 根据年度商务计划和标准流程,实施所辖商品类别的全国系列调整 在全国范围内,详细了解所辖品类的商品知识 积极跟踪所辖商品分类的业绩,提出建议和计划来提高单位面积毛利产出并改善库存周转 Plan display area design proposals & create perspectives & construction maps Collect & manage design principles, and then standardize the whole design process. Collect & manage different merchandising format in the market and do the analysis about their strength/weakness, setup a database. Drive & deliver the national range review calendar through range review process according to commercial calendar for your respective category. Deliver improved GMROF through national range reviews. Help to improve levels of stock turn & increase operation service levels through national range reviews. Hold a detailed knowledge of the products within your category at national levels. Advise on new initiatives and propose actions to improve performance of GMROF & stock turn through communication & tracking the performance of your category
大专或以上学历,室内设计专业 2年以上家居设计经验 熟练运用Auto-CAD/3DMAX等平面/三维设计软件 优秀的空间意识,创造性思维强 主动性强,具团队合作精神 能按计划完成工作 优秀的人际沟通能力 善于自我激励 能够承担压力,在规定期限内完成自己的工作 英语能力强者优先 College graduate major in design 2 years’ experiences in decoration and/or lifestyle design Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Excellent self-motivation skills. Computer literate with knowledge of 2D/3D design software including CAD/3DMAX etc. Good space awareness and creative thinking. Ability to work with a team of people or on own initiative. Able to work to & meet set deadlines. Excellent English skill will be an advantage 联系方式:
