Job’s Objective

n         

n         Duties & responsibilities:

n         Outline supply chain business process and workflow

n         Analyze supply chain business requirement and prepare the appropriate solutions

n         Understand the principle, operation, troubleshooting and configuration of SAP system

n         Involve and coordinate SAP CRM project through blueprinting, customizing and testing

n         Master IT technical skill to accomplish the development tasks

n         Be proactive in determining business issues and needs through help desk

n         Deliver in time to the helpdesk of the appropriate issue-handle approaches

n         Train the trainer users or support team members within the business scope

n         Fully support decoration center business by completing the tasks

n         Document all the related records, minutes and report in literal format

n         Job knowledge/skill:

n          At least know one module of SAP retail solution (MM,SD),

n         Familiar with retail business process

n         SAP CRM experience is required

n         System analysis ability is required.

n         Good communication skill

n         Good writing skills to produce standard document.

n
