Managing Consultant: Management Accounting and Enterprise Controlling

Responsibilities:

• To lead corporate controlling solutions in management consulting for Han Consulting clients, solutions might cover:
  • Cost analysis
  • Establishment of Strategic Business Unit
  • Corporate budgeting and planning
  • Managerial decision ： Pricing ， Stock ， Investment
• To manage both presale and execution of projects.
  • To manage a client portfolio
  • To standardize the subject delivery methodology
  • To develop new business and new projects
  • To supervise the scoping and proposals for projects
  • To assure quality control of relevant projects
  • To advise and mentor the project team and ensure there are no problems
  • To personally undertake chargeable project work
• To build relationships with executives in the industry and represent Han at high level conferences and workshops in finance management.
• To line manage a number of consultants and analysts, reports to managing director of Han Consulting

REQUIREMENTS:

• Seven plus years of corporate level financial management experience in MNCs, and/or management and technology consulting experience, preferably with Big 4 or equivalent background.
• Experience of maintaining a company's budgeting, business planning and reporting, implementing policies and practices
• Clear understanding of the financial performance indicators, and those effects and implications to business plans and strategies.
• Hands-on experience with accounting and business planning software packages, particularly SAP/Oracle, Hyperion/Cognos
• Demonstrated leadership skills with organizational change management experience.
• Self-starter who is highly detail oriented and committed to timely execution of deliverables.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
• Team-working and interpersonal skills
• Master's degree from prestigious colleges required. (MBA preferred).
• Location: Shanghai/Beijing; 70% national travel required.
