职位描述/要求:
Our customer is an international supplier of components and systems for industrial applications, for gas and water distribution and for domestic installations. To meet the future challenges and to ensure the ongoing growth in Segment Manager (Sales) Based in Responsibilities: l Support of regional sales teams to achieve sales budget and profitability target assigned to the specified market segment l Coordination and controlling of all activities in the segment fields on a l Development and implementation of segment strategy with clear action plan l Coordination of projects and direct OEM business in specific market segment l Information collection and update of segment relevant information (including but not limited to customers, projects, competitors, price development, market requirement..) for management and reporting use l With the support of Product Manager, prepare/develop Documentation of segment relevant projects & facts (such as PPT presentation with references from all over l Coordination of local market segment strategy with worldwide market strategy – contact partner for segment manager in l Close cooperation with Communication Department for any kind of market segment specific actions (such as exhibitions, seminars, …) l Communication with valuable key customers with special agreements, negotiation of annual agreement and follow up their performance closely - within general limits to be set by IS Sales Director & Management l Coaching and organize know-how transfer between different sales teams/region with internal and external resources General Requirements: Education l Major in Electronic Engineering / Process, Environmental Engineering or relevant specialty is prefered l University degree or above (or overseas equivalent education) Experiences l Rich experiences in following and coordinating project l Minimum 2 years experience in Sales Management l Sales or engineering experience in international electronic projects in l Experience in working in foreign enterprices Knowledge l Knowledge in related manufacture process of electronic products (including semiconductor and integrated circuits) and aided process l Knowledge in common products used in fluid system in terms of manufacture process of electronic products l Be familiar with market status and trends of domestic electronic industry (including semiconductor and integrated circuits) Skills l Proficient MS-Office l Fluent English in listening , oral, reading and written l Excellent communication skills l Ability to work under high pressure l Sharp thinking and outstanding skills in report and presentation l Strong commond of communicating with international customer 联系方式:
