Currently, we have, under our umbrella, a number of highly regarded product and retail brands in China with more than 300 employees.

Job Functions:

• To identify the potential markets and prioritize the marketing and sales focus
• To design and formulate appropriate marketing strategies to promote the RFID Systems in target regions in Asia
• To manage pricing of products and project the inventory requirements/ sales forecast for the region
• To build an effective distribution network in target regions, and develop evaluation mechanism to monitor performance
• To solicit key customers and conduct sales directly
• To feedback to R&D teams on customer requirements for product enhancement
• To assist the GM to build up a core sales & marketing team in China

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Biomedical Engineering or Management
• Knowledge in Fashion, Logistics & RFID
• Strong background in Fashion / Retail industry
• At least 6 years solid experience in sales and marketing with 3 years at managerial level
• Proficient in written and spoken English as well as Mandarin, other foreign language skill e.g. German and Italian will be an advantage
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Highly self-motivated, confident, reliable, aggressive, self-initiated and result-oriented
