Job duties:

• To plan and establish nationwide differentiated wealth management service strategies and programs to meet business plan targets.
• To initiate and develop wealth management communication system in line with wealth management proposition.
• To research, monitor and evaluate market trend, competitor activities, customer needs, internal requirements and compliance regulations to develop wealth management communication strategy and system.
• To evaluate financial & wealth management markets to recommend mega investment themes and wealth management services trend.
• To cooperate closely with Asia-Pacific teams to update market information and house views, share best practice, introduce innovative wealth management communication system timely and customize for local market.
• To liaise and coordinate with other departments to deliver effective and timely wealth management communication solutions internally and externally in consideration of customer experience and publicity.
• To monitor and analyze customer/branch's feedback to improve overall customer experience.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above.
• Over ten years of relevant experiences in banking or financial media.
• In-depth knowledge on local and offshore wealth management market.
• Strong influencing skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Mandarin.
