职位描述/要求：

We are world's top 10 international executive search companies and established in China since 1997. We are supported by more then 70 specialists' consultant in China . Currently our client, one of the biggest and most successful international companies, is looking for the following:

Location : Shanghai

Responsibilities :

  • Participate in especially real estate related negotiations and setting up of retailing related affiliates and/or branches
  • Work accordingly with central government and local administrations
  • Anticipate and communicate on legal and administrative requirements & opportunities
  • Advise legally sites' management and review daily contracts
  • Risk management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree with major in Law, LLM from oversea is a plus
  • PRC Lawyer qualification
  • More than 5 years related working experience in legal position either in law firm or in house in international environment
  • Excellent spoken and written in Chinese and English
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of real estate
