Regional Sales Manager for East China (based in Shanghai )

POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for the biz in East China China, including sales, channel and major account management

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To be responsible for sales quota in East and Middle China area; The responsibilities include sales & marketing, channel management and major account management;
• To be responsible for making and implementing annual biz plan for this region with leadership to regional teams and other functional colleagues;
• To develop & maintain partnership with key channels.
• To manage project/deal/price with channel partners base on internal policy;
• to develop and manage the relationship with mission critical end users;

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

• University/college degree in chemistry or marketing;

• Minimum 5 years working experience with at least 3 years sales management .
• Good performance record by leading at least 3 members sales team in East and Middle China area;
• Experience / knowledge in chemistry, energy, or pharmaceutical is high plus; strong channel connection and management experience are plus;
• Result driven personality, highly self-motivated and Team player;
• Good communication skills, coordination skills and interpersonal skills;
• Good English is must;
