Reports to: General Manager

Overview of Job Function

The successful candidate will be expected to: act as a senior strategic counselor and liaison for a group of accounts; provide senior-level account planning and supervision of key accounts; manage staff utilization and career development, revenue generation, income projections, expense control, and general administrative functions related to executing the annual business plan and meeting the company profit objectives; lead new business development.

• 8+ years experience in corporate and business to business communications (with some brand marketing/event experience a bonus)
• PR Agency or client servicing experience preferred
• Strong and verifiable track record in developing and implementing strategic corporate reputation management and positioning programs and initiatives
• Good understanding of general media environment in China
• Excellent ability to provide strategic counsel and advice to senior client management
• Strong experience in issues and crisis management
• Proven ability to manage teams
• Ability to generate ideas and think creatively
• Experience in New Business Development preferred
• Fluent communicator in both Chinese and English
