MAIN DUTIES
General summery of major areas of activities and responsibilities. To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Conduct regular contact with related parties to explore potential customers and new outlets.
- Monitoring orders, stock level and monthly retail sales for key retailers to keep a reasonable balance.
- To improve existing outlets performance through appropriate solution, eg. Shop image improvement, promotion activities and display quality etc.
- Provide basic and novelty product knowledge in time to train up sales staffs
- Identifying and gather market information to make sound recommendations for future improvement.
- Training for new agents and employees on product knowledge and sales skills.
- Outstanding payment chasing and suggest appropriate way to further improvement.
- Monitor and maintain the operation of wholesalers under company policy and guideline.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Achieve wholesale & Retail targets
- Strengthen training program and organization systematically for retailers
- Develop more qualified outlets in existing and new market
- Develop the corporate business market
- Payment chasing
- Maintain standard image and policy for retailers
JOBHOLDER REQUIREMENTS

- Graduate degree or above, preferably in Business Administration
- Strong experience in retail management for a large in international consumer brand and 3 years team management experience
- Fluent both in written & oral English
- Good presentation skills
- Skills in MS office software
- Available to travel
