
职位描述/要求:
Title: Technical Support Expert
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execution of technical support tasks (ticket handling, ATMN preparation, preventive service work, etc.), requiring specialist skills within Element Management for the Radio Commander product. The Applicant must :
- work independently, with the responsibility for solving customer problem cases and report according to Technical Support processes,
- share knowledge within the Radio Commander Product Support group and towards GCC and CIT, by delivering input to the common knowledge database,
- participate within emergency (24/7) duty - one week out of every 6 weeks,
- provide trouble shooting manuals, Service Information, etc., when deemed necessary,
- prioritize work based on customer impact and provide on-site expertise at customer site when required,
- proactively ensure that the Customer's RC platform is in a good working state (preventive services),
- provide Customer Acceptance Test Manual and participate in Customer Demonstrations/Trials delivering high level technical expertise.
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics, Physics or similar). Base skills:
Good Knowledge of
- Telecommunication Technologies (GSM, UMTS, IP);
- management Protocols (SNMP, Q3, Corba)
- Knowledge about NE interfaces and management protocols: ATM, Q3, SNMP, Corba, X.25, X.11. Knowledge of DCN related products - CISCO
- telecom standards
Other skills:
- Experience in programming (mainly scripting),
- Operating Systems: well versed in Windows and Solaris
- Tools: ICTS, VITAC and FEKAT well known
Language:
Fluency in spoken and written English language mandatory At least two years expertise in similar activities in development, system verification or technical support
