职位描述/要求：
1. At least 1 year experience in the NC Grinding Machine,especially FAG machine
2. Be familiar with MS office and ACAD(or similar tool)
3. Well understanding of quality system, escpecially FMEA,Flow chart and Control plan.
4. Process engineering for Turning and Induction Hardening (process optimization)
5. Ensure Quality in Production in use of Inspection Plan,P-FMEA,Process flow
6. Guide&support the operator in running production
7. Process improvement and development
