Job Responsibilities

1.        In charge of customer daily business, to develop new business opportunities and acquire new business and projects, to support the successful launch of new program

2.        Establish active relationship and good communication channel with customers, quickly and smoothly solve the customer complaints, handle the customer special requirements, enhance the customer satisfactory

3.        Take leading position in negotiation regarding all commercial related matters with customers

4.        Manage accurate monthly sales forecast and planning, 5 years budget planning

5.        Follow up account payment and receivable

6.        Frequently collect and report customer information, competitor activities at customer side

Qualification Requirement

1.        Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Automotive relevant, engine preferred

2.        About 5 years continuous experience in automotive components industry (foreign company preferred)

3.        Very good communication and coordinating ability

4.       Strong understanding of automotive(engine) products development procedure

5.     Good command of English or German
