Responsibilities

1.        Analyze returned parts (development parts) and edit analysis report

2.        Edit failure catalogue with description of failure mechanism

3.        Advise AE & product designer about potential risks in design/material/process

4.        Development & Optimization of measuring methods，Stock keeping & data collection of tested specimen

5.        Troubleshooting，audit-support.

6.        Contact person to plant lab, purchasing, test lab, application engineering and Germany related to returned part analysis

7.        Responsible for proper conditions of test equipment

8.        Other ad-hoc projects

Requirements

1.        Material science (physical & chemical) metals & plastics

2.        More than 2 years experience preferred

3.        Familiar with all general material analysis methods & equipments for failure analysis, familiar with product function and load exposition, familiar with material standards

4.        Good command in English or German

Good practical & computer skills
