Responsibilities

1.Develop proper materials for intended function of product

2.Advise AE & product designer about suitable materials/material combinations

3.Support localization processes

4.collabortate with AEA to provide proper material data for CAE-model verification,

material analysis & evaluation of measuring methods

5.stock keeping & data collecting of tested specimen, trouble shooting，audit-support

6.responsible for proper conditions of test equipment,contact person  to plant lab, purchasing, test  lab, application engineer and Germany

Requirements

1,Bachelor/Mater in material  science/ chemistry, major in material design,surface 2.More than 2 years experience preferred

3.good understanding of interference between materials (tribosystem) under thermal/mechanical load conditions

3.good understanding of wear mechanism good practical & computer skills

4.familiar with all general material analysis methods & equipment

5.good command in English or German
