职位描述/要求：
Qualification Requirement:
-Above college degree;
-3 years practical experience in purchasing.
Job Responsibilities:
-Producing a production plan taking account of manufacturing capacities, the order situation;
-Warehouse stocks, manufacturing backlogs, delivery backlogs, procurement situations, etc;
-Schedule deadline for customer orders for which no dead line has been set as well as models;
-Product variants, special versions, etc. Agree deadline changes.
-Classify orders according to types, models, places of manufacture, etc. Agree on the available capacity in terms of human and technical resources and availability of material, balance out fluctuations in capacity by keeping utilization at the same level
-Check lists of differences and clarify issues.
-Open work order for production purchasing
-Fill and control the production logistic figure in System;
-Calculate for capacity, cost and ordering material.
