Qualification:

- Bachelor or master degree in adminstration or bachelor or master degreee in engineering.

- Minimum 8 years experiences and knowledge in purchasing affairs and production process within automative or manufacturing industries,including 3 years experience in managing a team.

- Understand easily complex technical and business matters.

- Capable to manage complex projects

- Excellent for cost and value analysis skills

- Fluent English and/or German in speaking and writing

- Good communication skills on an international basis

 

Responsibilities:

* Ensuring optimisation of purchasing costs,purchasing quality and reliability of supply

- Purchasing market screening and making available new technologies

- Selection, assessment and development of suppliers

- Development and implementation of supplier/commodity strategy.

- Central communication with preferred suppliers

- Planning and handlind of contractual negotiations

- Application of existing framework contracts and corporate guidelines

- Efficiency improvements together with demand originators and Engineering

- Process responsibility for strategic and if necessary operative purchasing process at the location

- Group-wide commodity requirements

 

*Coordination responsibility between Product Line and purchasing organization

- Planning and budgeting of all material requirements generated by Product Line

- Agreement and co-ordination of requirement with Commodity Managers

- Agreement of supply performance targets with Commodity Managers

- Support in optimisation of manufacturing costs and gross margin

- Spatial location in Product Line ( Product Group/Lead Segment)

- Requirements specific to Product Line only in agreement with CM
