Job Requirements:
-Bachelor  degree  or  above  ,major  in  mechanical,engineering  or  automotive  manufacture.
-3  years  related  working  experience  of  auditor.
-Familiar  with  TQM,SPC,AQL,DOE,FMEA,GR&R  ect.
-Storng  understanding  of  quality  principles  and  tools.
-ISO/TS  16949  auditor.
-Possess  knowledge  of  ISO/TS  16949,DVA6,or  equivalent.
-Good  command  of  English,German  speaking  is  preferred.
-Being  a  team  player.
-SAP  knowledge.
-Good  PC  application  skills.
Job  description:
-Maintain  QMS  in  the  Schaeffler  China.
-Follow  up  internal  audit,management  review,2nd  and  3rd  party  aduit.
-Analyze  audit  result  and  weakness  to  ensure  root  cause  resolution.Drives  corrective  actions  and  continous  improvements.promotes  use  of  Corrective  Action  System.
-Check  the  potential  weakness  &  monitoring  counter  measures.
-Perform  the  audit  &  support  the  preparation  of  internal  &  external  audit.
-Plan,Schuldule,and  implement  training  for  quality  control  personnel  and  any  other  employees  whose  work  directly  or  indirectly  affect  products  quality.
-Report  quality  trends  to  everyone  in  the  organization.
-SAP  Users.
-Other  work  assigned  by  manager
