Responsibilities

1.        Maintain quality system inside Schaeffler China

2.        Revise the quality management system based on schedule set by central quality system

3.        Coordinate the establishment of internal procedures

4.        Produce training for quality management system documents for Schaeffler China

5.        Support customer audits, internal audits and TUEV audits, follow up the corrective action plan

6.        Lead system team work

Requirements

1.  Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechanical, engineering

2.  At least 3 years related work experiences in automotive manufacturing.

3.  ISO/TS 16949 auditor qualification as a plus

4.  Good communication and moderation skills.

5.  Knowledge of SAP System
