Responsibilities:
- optimize business processes in A/P according to Schaeffler Group Processes to high flexibility, throughput
- support keyusers and end users in their execution of business processes by advising the process methods
- support business teams in process implementation and adaption to local situation
- guide the continuous improvement activities by means of change management and project management methods
- set up control measures for continuous process improvement

Requirements:
- university degree in commercials or engineering
- at least 2 years experience in production oriented company
- Practical contribution in business process engineering projects
- good English language spoken and writing
- project management knowledge
- communication in international, multi cultural network
- ability to travel in Asia / Pacific (incl. Taiwan)
- experience in product design or production process engineering

- understanding of business processer

- Knowledge in Product Lifecycle Management Processes

- Experience in business (re-) engineering

- Solution oriented habit

- systematic, project oriented method
- ERP system knowledge – preferred SAP module PS, MM, PLM functions
