职位描述/要求：
Job Responsibilities
1.Coordinate staff assignment under the boundary conditions of competence and flexibility.
2.In the motivation to cost and quality awareness.
3.Individual development of the assigned employees (EDD, training plans).
4.Propose regarding cost reduction and quality improvement.
5.Control of test equipment following functional and safety aspects.
6.Keep the dedicated area clean and safe.
7.Fulfill the guidelines given in the Management Handbook of the Schaeffler Group, especially
8.follow the described processes,
9.mark parts,and control test equipments’ calibration.
10.Develop new test systems (e.g. measurement device or complete test rigs).
11.Further development of all testing equipment according to the requirements.
12.Creat maintenance plans for prevention and execute maintenance accordingly.
13.Procure test systems and order tracking.
14.Define the statement of requirements (SOR) for test equipment incl. approval / documentation and operators instruction.
15.Have responsibility for dynamization of maintenance of test equipment.
Qualification Requirement
1.Major in mechanical or electronic engineering
2.Corporate or experience external with comparable tasks
3.Expert Knowledge of special purpose machines (mechnics, hydraulics, electrics, control systems)
