职位描述/要求：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and perform tests on belt or chain drives tappets or finger followers
2. Evaluate test result
3. Timely arrange tests according to project schedule
4. Optimize capacity load
5. Be responsible for proper condition of test equipment
6. Develop further test methods
Qualification Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years engineering experience
2. Good command in English or German
3. Practical abilities & good computer skills
4. Good communication skills
5. Independent and open minded
