Requirements

1.  Bachelor degree or above, majoring in heat treatment or similar major
2.  At least 2 years related work experiences in heat treatment especially carburizing process experience.
3.  Working carefully and work hard
4.  Good communication and moderation skills.
5.  Knowledge of quality System

Responsibilities

1.  Independently finalize technology projects
2.  Support the production department with technical questions.
3. Teach people about technology improvements.
4.  Lead projects to improve or optimize the processes;
5.  Troubleshooting and preparation of spare parts for equipment planning
