职位描述/要求：
Qualification
1.Familiaring with mechanics basics
2.Understanding product decelopment and design process and workflow
3.Understanding product family concept and patametric design
4.Understanding PDM and PLM concept
5.Understanding design in quality
6.Understanding the design hardware and software environment
7.Familiar with ProE (2D and 3D)
8.Good spoken and written communication skiill in both English and Chinese
9.Good presentation skill
10.Preferring to have knowledge of software programming
11.Mechanical or automotive engineering Bachelor degree or above
Task
1.To understand design methodology and guideline in HQ
2.To develop design methodology and guideline acc. to local needs,if necessary
3.To implement design metholdology and guideline and audit the implementation
4.To analyze the design environment in real time and appropriately plan and develop the design tools or environment to match the specified design methodology
5.To provide design engineer and application engineer with training in design guidelines and methodology
6.To audit design data quality
