职位描述/要求：

Requirements:
1.Bachelor or Master degree in electrical engineering.
2.At least 3 years mechanical design experience in meduim voltage softer starters.
3.Proficient in designing of power electronics hardware involving power silicon, magnetics, thermal management, and control.
4.Knowledge in CAE tools is a plus.
Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the design and release of medium voltage solid state starters.
2.Development of specifications for electrical components.
3.Development testing validation plans.
4.Conduct failure analysis and develop solutions for design issues.
5.Collaborate with global engineering resources to develop medium and low voltage starter products.
