Minimum Experience Requirements:

Four-year degree with co-op; Masters degree; or 7+ years of IT experience, must have programming and analysis skills and leading edge/master of conventional technology skills. Must have a basic knowledge of Eaton business. Must have proficient English-speaking skills.

Description of Job Duties:

Software Analyst: Performs traditional programming tasks for new and existing programs such as detailed program analysis and design, development of unit testing requirements, writing of program code, performing and documenting results of unit, quality, and integration testing, documentation of programs as well as accurate and timely recording of time spent. Works to develop detailed technical understanding of existing applications as well as the customers business.

Business Systems Analyst: performs product testing and software evaluation as part of a team. Assists with analysis of business system related issues. Performs software training for end users and participates as part of a business system implementation team.
