Job-Related Experience:
1.从事计量或质量管理三年以上，具有一定的实践经验。

3.参加过厂内计量和QS-9000及VDA6.1的培训。

4.熟悉计算机的操作。
Basic knowledge in computer operation
Circa 5 years experience, preferable in the Automotive sector; prefer with machanical process in grinding CNC; good knowdge in metrology instrument,manager the quality control system in plant, good english skill in speak and write.

Description of Job Duties:
1.按QS9000及VDA6.1质量体系作业指导书开展计量实验室工作。确保计量领域符合QS-9000及VDA6.1的要求。
Manage metrology lab according to the QS9000 and VDA6,1’s work instruction . Assure all the metrology field fit the QS 9000 and VDA6.1’s requirement.
2.领导计量工程师开展计量PFMEA工作，分析存在的以及潜在的问题，并不断改进计量系统，针对改进的内容对相关的人员进行培训。
Lead the Metrology Engineer conduct the PFMEA for the metrology area. Analysis the existing and potential problem and continuously improve the metrology system. Train the relative person for the improvement.
3.领导量具校准与维护员以确保量具校准（内部和外部）符合国家和国际标准，并妥善保管现有的量具校准（检定）标准。领导量具，仪器，检测设备的设计，制造，采购和维护。
Lead the Gage Calibration and Maintenance to assure gages calibration fit the national and international standard. Keep all gage calibration (verification) standard properly. Participate in the design of gauges, instruments, and test equipment. Construct, purchase, and maintain measurement equipment.
4.协调质量实验室中的计量工作。分析和降低质量成本，领导现场质量问题的解决。
Coordinate the metrology work in labs。Develop, implement, and audit of inspection and test plans, standards and acceptance criteria, and procedures/work instructions. Investigate and eliminate causes of sporadic quality problems and follow up on corrective actions. Develop and implement a system to assess and act upon measurement system accuracy and repeatability.
5.指导量具校准与维护员开展R与R测量系统分析工作。开发和评估过程能力，过程控制计划，失控条件分析，和过程审计为提供制造支持
Instruct Gage Calibration and Maintenance on analyzing R&R system ,Provide manufacturing support in way of development and evaluation of process capability, process control plans, analysis of out-of-control conditions, and process audits.
6.做好实验室整洁及安全工作。
Make the lab be cleanliness and safety.
7.开发，执行和审计质量政策，体系，主要的质量目标和质量的持续改进
