职位描述/要求:

Main responsibilities of the MCD Sales Engineer:

1)          Responsible for MCD customer support for China in both Tier-I Supplier and OEM. Care for everything of Mirror control division for its current activities, take responsibility for achieving sales profitability target, and new technical solutions to customer, problem solving with close communication to customer and Eaton MCD global team, etc.

2)          Maintain high level of interaction with customers and ensure high levels of professionalism are maintained at all times.

3)          Work with people of different function (such as Sales / Purchase / Product Engineering / Production / Quality Assurance / Logistics, etc.) and different groups (Eaton internal / Customer Side / Related Partners, etc.)

4)          Internal projects coordination and follow up of each relevant MCD program. Organize & participate routine meeting, follow up relevant tasks, give alarm when things go critical, and coordinate for solution to solve problems.

5)          Conduct business practices under established quality systems. Ensure legal and contractual conditions are maintained with customers.

6)          Through customer/product planning, identify, track and secure new business for MCD division.

7)          Provide report and valuable suggest to top management level (both sales and divisional) for making long-term strategy of business promotion plan, investment plan, and market competition analysis.

8)          Complete monthly reports on key business information along with budget and sales forecasting data.

 

2. Main qualifications required:

1)       Bachelor degree in engineering, preferably in mechanics, electronics or related engineering

2)       At least 3 years working experience in a foreign owned automotive company.

3)       Experience in automotive mirror engineering will be an advantage.

4)       Proper command of English in talking and writing

5)       Willing to succeed even in unpleasant situations, strong ability to get along with customers.

6)       Good communicator, outgoing

7)       Creative even when regular procedures fail

8)       More rational than emotional

9)       Initial experience in guiding people
