一． 职位描述

The Marketing Development Program (MDP) is an integral part of Eaton’s effort to Grow through Customer Focus. The program strengthens participants’ marketing and leadership skills while enabling them to contribute to the company’s business results. Participants complete strategic and tactical marketing projects using Eaton’s established methods and practices for developing market and customer knowledge, value proposition design, value-based pricing, and sales strategy and management.

MDP participants are given diverse work experiences with opportunities to:

1. Complete four, 6-month rotational assignments on marketing project teams
2. Contribute to their individual development plan that includes accountability
3. Participate in formal training and workshops
4. Receive management access and support
5. Network through formal and informal channels
6. Receive coaching and mentoring
7. Learn about Eaton’s core values, processes, businesses and offerings

Assignment Location:

The candidates will be placed across China. The candidates are expected to be bilingual with strong English and Chinese speaking and writing skill. Be eligible to travel in China and overseas. Visa sponsorship is provided.

Job Qualifications:

--2-3 year marketing experience or 3 year engineering or sales background

--Industrial background in Electrical or Fluid Power is a plus

--Fundamental Marketing knowledge and analytical capability

--Strong interpersonal and communication skill

--Team worker and independent problem solver
