职位描述/要求:
DC Vertical Accounts Manager, PQSO China This position is responsible for the broad management of DC vertical accounts for the Eaton Power Quality Solution Operations (PQSO) Division in Beijing.
· Responsible for managing the China sales resources working with regional sales representatives and distributors to achieve incoming sales/orders, market share, price, product mix and financial objectives, as established by product divisions. · Acts as a senior management representative to principal customers and distributors in China and maintains relationships with key decision makers. · Provides strategic direction to grow the DC business · Reports on developments in the market place including competitor activities and analysis. · This position works closely with product divisions to implement strategies focused on the customer, industry and market needs. · The candidate should have experience with developing and implementing market entry and/or account penetration strategies working with major accounts. · The successful candidate should have experience with large accounts, strategic consulting skills to develop and assist in closing large, regional deals, and support major customer needs. · Candidate should possess 10+ years of sales & marketing experience with the DC Telecom industry with a proven record of growing sales and distribution. Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to deal in program management and executive level transactions at the most senior level both internally and externally. The ability to operate effectively in complex environments is essential. · Strong management of people skills, talent selection and recruitment, demonstrated ability to manage conflict and leadership skills required. · Bachelor’s degree required, Masters degree preferred. 联系方式:
