Job responsibility:
1.Draft and review contracts 2.Provide legal advices on daily business operation to minimize the risks 3.Translate contracts between English and Chinese 4.Assist in preparing other legal documents for company pursuits in projects, registration and licenses.5. Work under the instruction of General legal counsel Job qualification:
1.Law degree of a reputation law school, oversea legal background preferred 2.At least 3 years or above working experience in a law firm or legal department 3.Excellent language skills in English written and speaking. 4. Be able to formulate creative and practical legal and business solutions and to play a strong positive role independently. 5. Overseas education and/or experience is preferred 联系方式：
