一． 职位描述:

To support rapid growth in China, Eaton is planning to recruit and fast track develop high potential Finance talents. Early career Finance professionals with strong motivation to grow and excel in finance discipline will have opportunity to participate in a two year intensive development program to accelerate your mastery in the finance discipline.

FDP participants are given diverse work experiences with opportunities to:

1. Complete two 12-month rotational assignments on corporate finance functions and in operations that cover internal audit,financial operations,treasury or tax.
2. Contribute to individual development plan that includes accountability
3. Participate in formal training and workshops
4. Receive management access and support
5. Network through formal and informal channels
6. Receive coaching and mentoring
7. Learn about Eaton’s core values, processes and businesses

Assignment Location:

The candidates will be placed across China. The candidates are expected to be bilingual with strong English and Chinese speaking and writing skill. Be flexible to travel in different locations across China .
