职位描述/要求:
Job duties:

 

A.

 

Support in preparation of complete business cases on target companies, partners and the like, including strategic rational development & assessment, financial support and / or analysis, and market analysis for all Asia-Pacific merger and acquisition activity.  

 

B.

Investigates and targets potential acquisitions, joint ventures and alliances in the Asia Pacific region.  Collaborates with and engages operation team members to make such investigations. 

 

C.

Plays an active role in execution of approved strategies including acquisition/joint venture project management and satisfying cultural responsibilities. 

 

D.

Ability to perform in-depth market, competitive, and financial analysis and understanding of legal and governmental compliance issues.

 

E.

Functions as liaison with divisional business team and corporate personnel. 

F.

Works specifically with corporate leadership to develop relationships and create dialogue with potential acquisition targets; accountable for communicating and tracking progress.

 

Job Requirements:

 

·         Bachelor degree with major in finance or business administration, MBA plus

·         Minimum 3 years relevant experience in global consulting firms and/or renowned MNCs

·         Overall understanding of Merge & Acquisition process, including  strategy planning, deal origination, due diligence, valuation and business development

·         Possess knowledge of both Western and Asian-Pacific cultures, including knowledge of government and legal practices, and the ability to effectively manage in both

Strong capability of communication, fluent in both Chinese (i.e. Mandarin) and English
