Essential Functions:
A. Working with managers to attract, develop and retain high performing staff B. OCA follow-up plan and development programs. C. Assist in driving EBE, EPWP, Employee Survey, APEX Performance Management, Communications, HR Data Administration, Reward and Recognition, Environmental Health and Safety Programs and Organization Development, Compensation & Benefits Analysis. D. Assist to design or Develop Group HR policies, procedures, and processes. E. High level of interaction and will support the current manufacturing facilities in implementing HR programs. F. Recruiting Planning and execution of Truck G. 20% travel to national locations; business trips may last for up to 3 weeks at a time. specialized knowledge
A) Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, or Business Administration. Master degree is preferred. B) Five years of HR generalist experience with a minimum of two year of experience with international exposure. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively in front of large groups of people and to senior management.
- Above average skills utilizing personal computer software such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Access to analyze, manipulated, and aggregate data. - Proven project management skills with a track record for results. - Hands on HR methodologies and process driven style, and in common sense - Positive interpersonal skills, 联系方式:
