职位描述/要求:
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
1. Manage the Company’s remuneration programs which are intended to be competitive in local markets and are aligned with the Company’s pay for performance standards.
2. Guide the implementation and deployment of Eaton’s global compensation and benefits policies and practices in a cost effective, market competitive manner.
3. Act as a liaison to World Headquarters Compensation Department and China HR managers in Greater China.
4. Ensure integrity, compliance and market competitive nature of compensation and benefits plans, policies and practices in Greater China to attract, motivate and retain top talent.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A. Act as compensation and benefit functional leader for Greater China and the key contact with World Headquarters Compensation Team representing Greater China.

B. Understand the business strategies, talent market trend and practices to monitor, adjust and develop effective Compensation and Benefit strategy, policy and programs to attract, motivate and retain top talent.

C. Ensure consistency, compliance and competitiveness through collaboration with HR managers in Greater China different groups and locations
 Guide, direct and monitor pay practices in Greater China
 Lead the benchmarking and approval for salary ranges in Greater China
D. In cooperation with US World Headquarters Compensation Team, implement Eaton global Compensation and Benefit initiatives and processes, such as compensation planning and E-STAR. Partners with rest of HR organization to implement standardized global HR processes.

E. Lead the corporate Compensation and Benefit team in providing support to Shanghai Corporate Office.
Responsibility of this team covers salary proposal for new hires, employment process, HRMS management, payroll & benefit administration and termination. This team also supports regional hire management as well as visa processing for incoming and out-going purposes.

F. Lead benefit programs review in China to ensure Eaton’s competitiveness in the talent market in terms of total remuneration package.

G. Contribute to Due Diligence process as needed to integrate acquisitions, work on divestiture planning and plant closings or relocations.
 
 
Job Requirements:
• 7 to 10 years of HR management experience with at least 3 to 5 years focus in Compensation & Benefits area
• More than 5 years working experience with multinational companies, corporate experience is a plus
• Ability to effectively communicate ideas and thoughts to people at all levels of the organization.
• Strong Compensation and benefit functional knowledge
• Familiar with one of the major salary survey methodology (Hay, Mercer or Hewitt)
• People management experience
• Minimum of a university degree.
• Fluent in both written and oral English
