Main responsibilities of the FESC Sales Manager: Responsible for leading and directing the regional sales strategy and activities for specific OEM, Tier I, and aftermarket account(s). In addition, the sales Manager is responsible for managing all customer programs that revolve around pricing, revenue growth, profitability, design, product selection, and customer satisfaction. 1) Maintain high level of interaction with customers and ensure high levels of professionalism are maintained at all times. 2) Discover customer needs, select products, quantify value, develop offerings, offer value propositions, and close new business. 3) Work with people of different functions (such as Sales / Purchase / Product Managering / Production / Quality Assurance / Logistics, etc.) and different groups (Eaton internal / Customer Side / Related Partners, etc.) 4) Internal project coordination and follow up of each relevant program. Organizes and participates in routine meetings, follow up relevant tasks, advises critical issues, and coordinates for solution to solve problems. 5) Conduct business practices under established quality systems. Ensure legal, ethical and contractual conditions are maintained with customers. 6) Completes monthly reports on key business information along with budget and sales forecasting data. 7) Serves as a member of a cross-functional global customer interface team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and responsiveness to customer needs. 8) Leads the development of the regional customer strategy for both the annual profit and five-year strategic plans. Generates and communicates customer forecasts by program and probability of winning new business 9) Provides input into the description, qualification, and recommendations of growth opportunities for new product systems. 10) Assists in the evaluation of a technology strategy to meet customer needs and product strategies. 11) Gathers competitive information that project product / platform trends / directions and reports it to the Global Sales Manager 12) Manages cost reduction programs to support customer cost cutting initiatives while maintaining internal profitability targets. 13) Responsible for managing Material and General Economics recovery at regional customer. 14) Evaluates and communicates customer performance reports. 15) Deploys the customer relationship review (CRR) process and assists in developing action plans to improve customer satisfaction performance. 16) Assists with the resolution of all open DSO issues at responsible customer base. 17) Support all Eaton Business System tasks assigned to the Sales and Marketing function (including ProLaunch, Value Cycle, EBEA, TS, etc.) 18) Builds customer-supplier relationships through daily interface with customer, operations, and Managering. 19) Contributes to the development of pricing and commercial terms and conditions to include the management of material and general economics recovery. 20) Has the responsibility and authority to ensure that customer requirements are addressed and communicated to the customer including inquiries, contracts or order handling, including amendments. 21) Based on customer needs / wants and competitive pressures, makes recommendations as to course of action (strategy) to meet Eaton and customer expectations. 22) Acts as a point of contact for commercial warranty issues, quality issues, and customer complaints. 23) Complies with the requirements of the Quality & Environmental management systems 24) Originates, develops, and facilitates training at customer locations (if applicable) 25) Performs additional functions as required. 2. Main qualifications required: 1) Bachelor degree in Managering, preferably in mechanics, electronics or related Managering 2) At least 5 years working experience in a foreign owned automotive company. 3) Experience in automotive components Managering, especially fuel systems will be an advantage. 4) Good command of English in talking and writing 5) Willing to succeed even in unpleasant situations, strong ability to get along with customers. 6) Good communicator, outgoing 7) Creative even when regular procedures fail 8) More rational than emotional 9) Initial experience in guiding people 10) Strong personal learning background 3 Organizational relationship:
