职位描述/要求:
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Project manages Chinese Oracle implementations, with particular emphasis on roll-out of toll manufacturing program and Asia Pac SSC development
Manages post-implementation quality reviews and improvement action plans
Supports acquisition, merger, divestiture projects to Corporate time tables
Assists in deployment of EBS across Chinese Corporate Finance & country controller group
Implements improvements in financial business processes and support implementation of cost saving projects
Manages team resources, including goal setting and performance reviews if applicable
Works with AER and sub groups to track performance to targets and drive performance improvements
Manages Chinese finance BPI projects ensuring proper methodology applied and provide facilitation link in securing necessary resources for the team
Assists in carrying out customer surveys and project manage improvement action plans for Customers
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A.Manages team resources, including goal setting and performance reviews if applicable
B.Supports Oracle implementations including project management, post implementation quality reviews and improvement action plans
C. Supports acquisition, merger, divestiture projects to Corporate time tables
D. Assists in deployment of EBS across Chinese Corporate Finance & country controller group
E. Implements improvements in financial business processes and supports implementation of cost saving projects
F. Develops and mentors team members
G. Works with AER and sub groups to track performance to targets and drive performance improvements
H. Manages Chinese finance BPI projects ensuring proper methodology applied and provide facilitation link in securing necessary resources for the team
I. Assists in carrying out customer surveys and project manages improvement action plans for Customer
J. Rewards and encourages high performance teaming and initiatives which promote a team orientation in others
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
At least 5 years'experience of managing people, 2 to 3 years working experiences in Corporate
Demonstrable skill in program management of business-critical projects: methodology, tools, systems, training and delivery
Proven track record of optimizing team performance and developing people within a matrix reporting environment
Experience of financial management in a multi-national company manufacturing environment
Basic understanding of US GAAP and Chinese accounting practices
Proven record of delivery of process improvements
Demonstrable continued personal development both technical and behavioural
Fluent English and Chinese
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
There will be a requirement for regular travel on company business globally
Ability to work effectively with other senior leaders - internal and external
The position will require good networking capability and an ability to wrk well with senior personnel
The position will drive improvement across processes and the finance function so strong analytical, action orientation and drive for results competencies must be demonstrated
