Project Team Member-Account Reveivable
Job responsibilities:
Support Chinese Oracle implementations and divestitures as a result of merger & acquisition activities
Contribute to post-implementation quality reviews and improvement action plans
Prioritise and complete own work to project plans and corporate deadlines
Engage in Chinese finance BPI projects using standard methodology
Contribute to and drive continuous improvement of Project Team productivity and implementation processes

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A. Manage own workload effectively
B. Achieve process improvements as a result of BPI projects
C. Show evidence of process improvements as a result of contributing to and championing continuous improvement
D. Actively seek feedback from customers and drive improvement action plans for CSSC and customer
E. Liaise with internal customers to ensure project deadlines achieved
F. Support project managers and give regular status updates on Oracle implementation projects
G. Provide handover & support of completed projects to Shared Service Centre process teams

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
Familiarity with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and/or GL processes is desirable but not essential.
Demonstrable skill in activity/task management of business-critical projects: methodology, tools, systems, and delivery
Proven track record of individual performance and working with people within a matrix reporting structure
Experience of financial processing and/or or IT in a multi-national company manufacturing environment
Basic understanding of US GAAP and Chinese accounting practices preferable
Proven participation in completion of process improvements projects
Demonstrable continued personal development both technical and behavioural
Good English
