Job Description –

Eaton’s HRDP program in China is for young professionals who have career aspirations in Human Resource Management. The program will develop participants in a variety of HR-related areas as well as leadership competencies through workshops, networking and coaching.  The program duration is two years and provides participants with 2 progressive, rotational assignments as HR generalists in Asia Pacific Headquarters in Shanghai for HR policies & programs execution, site HR responsibilities at one of our key manufacturing facilities.

Job Qualifications –

Candidates must possess the following:

l           University graduate with strong academic credentials; a postgraduate degree will be an advantage;
