职位描述/要求:

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

State the primary function or overall purpose of your position.

  • Provide an excellent service to internal customers of the Shared Service Centre Accounts Payables function, in excess of expectations.
  • Represents the Shared Service Centre Accounts Payables function in internal forums.
  • Deploys Shared Service Strategy within the Accounts Payable function.
  • Control Changes & Governance of the standard process and reviews regularly with internal departmental audit team.
  • Keeps up-to-date with key business changes and process/technical trends and acts quickly to acquire the knowledge and skills that will contribute to making the organisation an industry benchmark.
  • Manages, motivates, and appraises the performance of a team of Accounts Payables professionals.

  • Communicates Shared Service Centre Accounts Payables Strategy within Eaton and creates and align goals accordingly to teams and individuals.
  • Improves formalised standards and procedures in using new technologies and facilitates others in learning new technologies
  • Manages, motivates, and appraises the performance of a team of Accounts Payables professionals
  • Rewards and encourages high performance teaming and initiatives which promote a team orientation in others
  • Proactively seeks and acts on ways to positively promote and foster initiative in own team and other departments of the organisation. 
  • Develops the organisation to make creativity and innovation a process rather than an occurrence, to address efficiency and process cycles
  • Takes steps to develop business relationships anticipating the customer’s future needs.
  • Understands the key fundamentals that drive the business results success of the organisation and its customers and suppliers. Linking actions and decisions to their impact on team performance results and for creating a business-minded mentality among the team
  • Understands and appreciates diversity of approaches and opposing perspectives on issues, adapting one’s approach as the requirements of the situation change

 

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:

Describe any specialized knowledge or skill (e.g., technical, scientific, administrative, managerial) which your position requires.

  • Experienced Leader of People (6-10 years) is essential
  • Willing to be hands on if required
  • Willingness to stretch
  • Excellent Communication skills both in English and Mandarin
  • Good presentation skills
  • Self motivated and self starter
  • Good understanding of AP products and knowledge of latest trends and best practices
  • Project  Management is preferred
  • Proven Record of delivery of process improvements.
  • Accounts Payable Process Knowledge is preferred
  • Ability to own a project and bring it to a logical and successful completion
  • Solid Accounting Knowledge
  • Change Management Experience is preferred
  • SCM organization experience preferred
