职位描述/要求:
Major Responsibilities · Support the hiring activities for all EATON business entities in the Asia Pacific Region. · Place candidates for experienced managerial/professional positions · Management of the recruiting process including resume screen, phone interview, on site interview, interview scheduling and reference check process. · Management and continual monitoring of administrative and operations processes for the Talent Acquisition Team including but not limited to · Tracking of requisition status · Monthly data for reporting of status and activity as well as results for the TAC team (cycle time, cost, website usage, etc.) · Provide data reporting on demand · Serve as point of contact with HR and Hiring Managers in the region · Vendor management including website and other events · Support resume screening efforts and background review of candidates in the recruiting process Required Skills and Education
