Anmex: our client,an Indian software outsourcing company is looking for a HR supervisor in Pudong.

 

 

Responsibility:
² Assist HR manager with implementing and following through the HR strategies, targets and activity plans in full spectrum of human resource
²Initiate and direct new program in employee retention, reward and recognition to build the group culture, cultivate an open and positive working climate
²Supervise and support other HR member’s daily work.
²Follow the relevant policies and procedures, routine correspondence and report in the assigned job area and support other team members
²Review and update HR related policies and processes to meet business needs.

     

  
Qualification:
²Bachelor degree, Major in HR, English, and Business Administration is preferred
²5-6 years experience of HR in MNC, holding management position for at least 3 years
²Rich knowledge and solutions development experience on a wide range of human resource related function
²Open-minded , energetic, self starter, quick Learner, able to work under pressure
²Fluent in both spoken and written English
²Excellent communications skills with different levels of the organization
